As required by India's Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, we acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receipt.
Before you write
Two answers that cover most questions:
- How long will my rug take? Weaving takes 2 to 4 weeks, then 7 to 14 business days in transit. Allow roughly 3 to 6 weeks in total.
- What does shipping cost? Nothing. Shipping is free worldwide. Import duty in your own country is separate and is your responsibility. Our Shipping Policy explains this in full.
