Shipping

Every rug is made to order. Production typically takes a few weeks, after which your rug ships worldwide with tracking. You will receive a dispatch notification with your tracking number as soon as it leaves the workshop.

Returns

If a rug is not right for your space, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order and custom-size pieces may be subject to different terms. Samples (1×1 ft) are non-returnable.
